摘要
随着超声内镜技术的发展,超声内镜检查技术也有了很大的发展:彩色多普勒成像,造影增强成像,三维成像,组织谐波成像以及弹性成像等,最重要的发展之一即超声内镜造影增强技术(contrast-enhanced endoscopic ultrasonography,CE-EUS)是使用包裹在抗氧化外壳的含气微泡作为超声造影剂,通过静脉快速注射,微气泡作用使多普勒血流信号明显增强,靶病灶内的微血管系统可以通过对比增强无创观察,清晰显示肿瘤病灶内部血流的异常灌注区,有助于病变良恶性的鉴别,能大大提高肿瘤诊断及其分期的准确性。本文就CE-EUS在消化系统疾病诊治的应用进展做一综述。
With the development of endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS), its examination technology has undergone a great deal of progress, such as Color doppler imaging, contrast-enhanced endoscopic ultrasonography, three-dimensional imaging, tissue harmonic imaging, and elastography. One of the most important developments is the ability to acquire contrast-enhanced images(contrast-enhanced endoscopic ultrasonography, CE-EUS). Enhancement technique is the use of wrapped in antioxidant shell of gas bubble as ultrasound contrast agents quickly pushed by vein injection. Microbubbles can significantly enhance doppler blood flow signal. The microvascular system in the target lesion can clearly show the abnormal perfusion area of blood flow in the tumor lesion through contrast enhancement of non-invasive observation, which is conducive to the differentiation of benign and malignant lesions and can greatly improve the accuracy of tumor diagnosis and staging. This paper is to review the advances of CE-EUS in diagnosis and treatment of digestive system diseases.
