摘要
文章概述了用于PET合成的钛系催化剂制备以及在聚酯生产过程中使用该催化剂的技术,包括限制锑系催化剂的主要原因;同时,介绍了针对目标产品生产中的技术和应用效果,认为钛系催化剂可有效改善稀有资源的消耗,有效提高PET合成的效率、降低能耗并提升产品质量,降低加工成本,此外还可大幅降低回收再生加工过程和最终消费环节的环保压力并提升在食品包装和服用领域的使用安全性,进而提高综合竞争力。
The paper introduced the preparation of titanium-based catalysts for PET synthesis and the technology of using this catalyst in the production of polyester, including the reason why restrict antimony catalyst. In view of the effect of technology and application on targeted products, the paper considered that titanium catalyst can effectively reduce the consumption of rare resources, improve the efficiency of PET synthesis, improve product quality and decrease processing costs. Titanium-based catalysts can reduce environmental protection pressure in the recycling process and final consumption, and enhance its safety in the field of food package and garment, thereby improving the overall competitiveness.
