锁骨复位器在移位锁骨中段骨折患者中的应用

Application of clavicle reducer in patients with displaced middle clavicle fracture

目的探究锁骨复位器在移位锁骨中段骨折患者中的应用。方法选取2013年1月—2018年1月黔南州人民医院收治的80例移位锁骨中段骨折患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者采用切开复位内固定治疗,观察组患者采用锁骨复位器顺势牵引复位辅助锁骨微创接骨板固定术治疗。比较两组患者围手术期、临床疗效和并发症情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间较对照组缩短,术中失血量少于对照组患者(P<0.05),透视时间长于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组患者的临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率为15.00%,低于对照组患者的30.00%(P<0.05)。结论锁骨复位器顺势牵引复位辅助微创接骨板固定术治疗移位锁骨中段骨折患者能有效减少术中失血量,缩短手术时间,降低并发症发生率,且不会影响临床疗效和骨愈合时间。

Objective To explore the application of the clavicle reducer in patients with displaced middle clavicle fracture.Methods We selected 80 patients with displaced middle clavicle fracture treated in our hospital between January 2013 and January 2018 as subjects and randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The patients in the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation.The patients in the observation group were treated with the the clavicle reduction device and homeo-position reduction minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis(MIPO).The perioperative conditions,clinical efficacy,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the fluoroscopy time was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The overall incidence of complications(15.00%)was lower than that of the control group(30.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of clavicle reduction device and homeo-position reduction MIPO in the treatment of displaced middle clavicle fracture can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time,and reduce the incidence of complications,without affecting clinical efficacy and bone healin g time.
