USB信号线的抗电快速瞬变脉冲群软件仿真

摘要 阐述医疗设备电磁兼容问题越来越受到重视,其中USB信号线受到电快速瞬变脉冲群(EFT/B)的影响特别突出。分析EFT/B和USB信号的特征,说明如何在Multisim软件中模拟以上信号。利用高通滤波器和瞬态电压抑制器(TVS)等抗压器件相结合的方法,通过Filter solution软件,设计电磁兼容滤波器电路。通过Multisim软件仿真模拟,分析滤波电路优化前后的信号特征。这个方法将有助于提高电磁兼容设计的效率和降低试验的成本。 Explain the increasing importance of electromagnetic compatibility issue in medical device equipments,and the outstanding impact from electrical Fast Transient Burst(EFT/B)for USB signal cable.Analyze the signal characters of electrical Fast Transient Burst(EFT/B)and USB.Introduce the method on how to simulate EFT/B and USB signals in Multisim software.Design electromagnetic compatibility filter circuit combining of high through EMC filter and TVS component in terms of Filter Solution Software.Simulate and compare the signals before and after going through the EMC filter circuit in Multisim software.This method is very helpful to improve efficiency for design EMC circuit and reduce experiment cost.
