基于STM32F4的电流信号特征参数分析仪

摘要 电流信号分析是电力系统中电能质量检测的重要组成部分,因此提出一种基于STM32F4的非接触式电流信号实时分析仪。该分析仪采用电流互感器采集线路中的电流信号,信号经程控放大器放大、整形后,实现电流信号幅度与频率的测量,同时利用FFT算法对电流信号进行谐波分析。测量结果表明,频率测量误差达10-6数量级,幅度测量误差小于2%,谐波测量的频率分辨率为1Hz,幅度误差小于2%,幅度测量范围为50uA-1A。 Current signal analysis is an important part of power quality detection in power system,so a non-contact real-time current signal analyzer based on STM32F4 is proposed.The analyzer uses the current transformer to collect the current signal in the circuit,which is amplified and reshaped by a program-controlled amplifier to measure the amplitude and frequency of the current signal.Meanwhile,FFT algorithm is used for harmonic analysis of the current signal.The measurement results show that the frequency measurement error is 10-6 orders of magnitude,and the amplitude measurement error is less than 2%.The harmonic measurement frequency resolution is 1Hz,and the amplitude error is less than 2%,and the amplitude measurement range is 50uA-1A.
