摘要
本文提出了一种基于同步协调控制的火电厂全功率控制方法,在机组处于恒功率运行方式下,全厂自动发电控制系统根据主站下发的全厂有功功率目标值,通过最优经济快速负荷控制模型,优化计算出各台机组的有功功率目标值,同时根据母线电压目标值,计算出跟踪电压目标的机组目标功率因数,再将机组有功功率目标值和目标功率因数同时下发至机组协调控制系统,完成有功功率和无功功率的同步协调控制,保证了在对机组进行有功功率经济快速控制过程中,同时维持了无功功率和系统电压的平稳。
This paper presents a method of full power control based on synchronous coordinated control for thermal power plants.In the condition of constant power operation,the automatic generation control system of the whole plant calculates the target value of the active power of each unit through the optimal economic fast load control model according to the target value of the active power of the whole plant from the main station.At the same time,according to the target value of bus voltage,the target value of the active power of each unit is calculated.The target power factor of the unit is tracked to the voltage target,then the target power value and the target power factor of the unit are sent to the unit coordinated control system at the same time.The synchronous coordinated control of the active power and reactive power is completed,which ensures the stability of the reactive power and the system voltage in the process of fast economic control of the unit’s active power.
