摘要
采用SCR脱硝系统的燃煤电厂,在完成超低排放后,由于烟气流场分布不均匀,催化剂性能的差异,造成烟道内脱硝成分氨逃逸的存在,而氨逃逸存在易与SO3反应生成NH4HSO4。NH4HSO4程粘性,易堵塞空预器影响锅炉出功,严重者造成锅炉停机。针对以上问题通过对脱硝出口氨逃逸检测用于精准喷氨,为精准喷氨提供数据依据,减少氨逃逸,从而减少NH4HSO4,保障锅炉正常运行。
In coal-fired power plants with SCR denitrification system,after ultra-low emission,the non-uniform distribution of flue gas field and the difference of catalyst performance result in ammonia escape of denitrification component in flue,and ammonia escape is easy to react with SO3 to produce NH4HSO4.NH4HSO4-way viscous,easily blocked air preheater affect boiler output,serious cause boiler shutdown.In view of the above problems,ammonia escape detection at denitrification outlet is used for precise ammonia injection,which provides data basis for precise ammonia injection and reduces ammonia escape,thus reducing NH4HSO4 and ensuring the normal operation of the boiler.
