Analysis of the injury monitoring results in a community outpatient clinic in Songjiang District of Shanghai from 2015 to 2018

摘要 目的:分析社区门诊伤害监测数据,为制定伤害预防措施提供依据。方法:对2015—2018年在上海小昆山镇社区卫生服务中心就诊的伤害病例进行描述性分析。结果:2015—2018年门诊共报告伤害病例5891例,男女之比为1.81∶1;0~14岁和15~29岁年龄组的伤害构成比下降,30~44岁和≥65岁年龄组的构成比上升(P<0.001)。伤害原因的前3位依次为跌倒/坠落(39.5%)、钝器伤(27.6%)、刀/锐器伤(24.1%);伤害发生地点的前3位依次为工业和建筑场所(35.3%)、家中(30.8%)、公路/街道(16.6%);伤害发生时的活动前3位依次为工作(42.7%)、家务(23.0%)、休闲活动(18.9%);伤害性质的前3位依次为挫伤/擦伤(76.3%)、骨折(10.4%)、锐器伤/咬伤/开放伤(9.6%)。结论:社区伤害发生以跌倒/坠落为主,应加强对不同人群开展有针对性的干预宣传,减少各类危险因素造成的伤害。 Objective:To analyze the injury monitoring data in a community outpatient clinic and to provide a basis for developing injury prevention measures.Methods:A descriptive analysis of the injury cases in Xiaokunshan Community Health Service Center from 2015 to 2018 was conducted.Results:A total of 5891 cases of injuries were reported in the outpatient clinic from 2015 to 2018,and the ratio of male to female was 1.81:1;the composition of injury in the 0~14 age group and the 15~29 age group decreased,and the composition of the 30~44 age group and≥65 age group increased(P<0.001).The top three causes of injury were slip/fall(39.5%),blunt injury(27.6%)and knife/sharp instrument injury(24.1%);the top three locations were industrial and construction sites(35.3%),home(30.8%),and roads/streets(16.6%);the top three activities when the injury occurred were work(42.7%),housework(23.0%)and leisure activities(18.9%);the top three injurious properties were contusion/abrasion(76.3%),fracture(10.4%),and sharp instrument injury/bite/open injury(9.6%).Conclusion:Community injuries are mainly caused by slip/fall,and targeted intervention publicity should be strengthened for different groups to reduce injuries caused by various risk factors.
