摘要 卒中因其高发病率、高致残率而被人们广泛关注。卒中所导致的经济负担及功能障碍严重降低了人们的生活质量。卒中可分为缺血性卒中和出血性卒中,缺血性卒中事件约占所有卒中事件的87%[1]。其中,相较于大动脉闭塞型卒中所带来的急性致残性功能障碍,小动脉闭塞型(small artery occlusion,SAO)卒中常因其临床症状较轻被患者及其家属忽视。然而,反复多次小卒中复发所导致的远期不良预后如步态不稳、认知功能障碍、情感障碍、退行性改变等功能障碍,也同样严重影响患者及家庭的生活质量。众多研究已经揭示了“好的脂蛋白”——HDL-C水平的提高可降低心血管事件的残余风险,而HDL-C与缺血性卒中之间的关系尚存争议,并且与其亚型中的SAO卒中之间的关系尚不明确,本文就此问题进行综述。
