棕果蝠胃及肠道的解剖与组织结构的初步观察

摘要 采用大体及组织学方法观察了产自广东省云浮市野生棕果蝠(Rousettus leschenaulti)的胃和肠道。棕果蝠的胃具有食果蝙蝠的特征,即具有管状的胃底盲囊以及发达的贲门前庭和幽门部。本研究将棕果蝠的胃划分为4个部分:即贲门部、胃底部、胃体部和幽门部,幽门部又进一步分为降段和升段。在贲门部、胃底部、胃体部和幽门部的降段黏膜全部为胃底腺被覆,而在幽门部的升段分布有幽门腺。在幽门括约肌周边没有十二指肠腺分布。棕果蝠肠管分为小肠和大肠两部分。小肠可分为十二指肠和空-回肠。十二指肠较发达,总长约10 cm,可分为前水平部、前曲、降部、后曲和升部。肠绒毛为纵向平行的嵴状或板状,个别例为叶片状。未见十二指肠腺。空-回肠较长,约36~48 cm,其黏膜形成纵向嵴状或板状。大肠较发达,总长约14 cm,包括前结肠、升结肠、横结肠、降结肠和直肠,不含盲肠和阑尾。 The present study observed the gross and histological morphologies of the gastrointestinal stract in fulvous fruit bats(Rousettus leschenaulti)collected from the caves in Yunfu City, Guangdong Province. The stomach revealed the general anatomic characteristics of the Frugivorous type and possessed a tubular fundus caecum, a remarkable cardiac vestibule and a well developed pyloric portion. In present study, the stomach was divided into four components, the cardiac, fundus, corpus and pyloric. The latter could be further divided into descending and ascending parts. Microscopically, the fundus glands lined on the mucosal surface of the cardiac,fundus, corpus and the descending part of the pyloric. In the ascending part of the pyloric, the inner surface was lined with pyloric glands. There were no Brynner’s glands distributing around the cardiac sphincter. The gut included small and large intestine. The small intestine was composed of duodenum and jehunoileum and the former was further divided into horizontal anterior part, rostral flexure, descending part, posterior flexure and ascending part. The villus of the duodenum was ridge-like, longitudinally extending and paralled to each other.In some case the duodenalis villus were leaf-like. The jejunoileum was comparative longer and overally 36~48 cm long. The villus of jejunoileum was longitudinally extending and ridge-like or lamina-like. The large intestine was composed of anterior, ascending, transverse, descending colon and rectum and the total length was about 14 cm. The caecum and appendix were absent.
