福建省高校网球教师胜任力现状调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on the competence of tennis teachers in Fujian Universities

以高校网球教师的胜任力现状为目标,以前期制定的高校网球教师胜任力特征模型为工具,通过问卷调查法研究福建省10所高校的网球教师胜任力现状,得出福建省高校网球教师的胜任力水平整体比较高,差异性与性别无关,与学历和职称有关,专任教师的胜任力水平高于兼职教师。提出从注重引进高层次人才,积极开展现有教师的培训,加强教师之间的沟通交流,关注年轻教师发展等方面的发展策略。

Taking the current situation of tennis teachers’ competence in colleges and universities as the goal,and using the model of tennis teachers’ competence characteristics developed in the previous period as a tool,this paper studies the current situation of tennis teachers’ competence in ten colleges and universities in Fujian Province by means of questionnaires, and concludes that the overall competence level of tennis teachers in Fujian Province is relatively high. Differences are not related to gender, but are related to academic qualifications and professional titles. The level of competence of full-time teachers is higher than that of part-time teachers. Put forward the introduction of high-level talents and actively carry out the training of existing teachers;strengthen communication between teachers;pay attention to the development strategy of young teachers in three aspects.
