广西融水安太乡侗族打油茶文化的保护与开发

Protection and Exploitation of the Oil-boiled Tea Culture of Dong People’ in Antai Township, Rongshui, Guangxi

打油茶是一种民间传统烹调技艺,不论从物质层面还是精神层面分析,它都具有极其丰富的文化内涵,是不可多得的非物质文化遗产。以广西融水县安太乡侗族地区打油茶习俗为例,通过田野调查,多角度挖掘侗族打油茶习俗在物质层面及精神层面上所蕴涵的文化,分析侗族打油茶文化的现实意义与文化价值;探讨侗族打油茶文化的保护与开发,以期侗族民间烹茶技艺得到更好的传承与发展,最终实现从文化遗产到文化资本的发展前景。

Preparing oil-boiled tea is a traditional cooking technique in the folk, which has extremely abundant cultural connotations in terms of whether material or spirit, and is an intangible cultural heritage hard to come by. This article takes the convention of oil-boiling tea in the region of Dong People, Antai Township, Rongshui County as example. Firstly it has excavated the cultural connotations contained in the oil-boiling convention of Dong People on levels of both material and spirit and from multiple viewing points and analyzed the practical significances and cultural values of oil-boiling culture through field investigation;then discussed about oilboiled tea-traditional tea making technique of Dong People-protection and exploitation for better inheritance and development and finally for its prospect from cultural inheritance to be changed to cultural capital.
