高职院校内部质量保证体系标准化建设的问题与对策

Problems of and Countermeasures in the Standardization of Internal Quality Assurance System in Higher Vocational Colleges

内部质量保证体系建设是高职院校贯彻落实上级行政主管部门有关诊断与改进文件精神,建立健全全员、全过程、全方位的内部质量保证制度,塑造学校办学特色,提升办学内涵和质量的重要举措,而标准化建设是"自立目标、自定标准、自主实施、自我诊改"四个步骤中的重要一环。针对当前高职院校标准化建设过程中存在的主要问题,提出高职院校要结合本校发展实际,从组织机构、数据平台、制度建设等方面构建标准化管理体系。

Construction of Internal Quality Assurance System is a significant measure for higher vocational colleges to carry through the spirits of the documents over diagnosis and improvement of teaching work which are issued by the superior administrative departments, to establish and improve internal quality assurance regulations with regard to the entire personnel, the whole process and all aspects, to shape school-running characteristics of the colleges and to elevate the school-running connotations and quality, while construction of standardization is an important move in the four steps as"setting own goals, formulating own standards,implementing autonomously and carrying out own diagnosis and improvement". Aiming at the major problems presently existing in the construction process of standardization, higher vocational colleges need to construct standardized management systems that are appropriate to their own school and from such aspects as organizational framework, data platform, and system construction etc.
