Empirical Study on Guangxi’s Industrial Structure Optimization Promoted by Progress in Science & Technology under New Normal

新常态下经济增长方式发生重大变革。2013年至2016年,广西壮族自治区积极投入到新一轮产业革命中,以科技进步带动产业结构升级发展。经过数据分析,广西科技进步水平逐年提升,产业结构逐步优化,但在产业结构偏离度和固定资产投资效果系数两个具体指标上科技引领的带动效果不理想,产业结构的合理化和高效化有待提升。

Economic growth mode generates significant changes under the New Normal. From 2013 to 2016,Guangxi proactively plunges into the new round of industrial revolution and drives upgrade and development of industrial structure. It has been found, after analysis on data, that Guangxi’s level of scientific and technological progress is on elevation year by year and its industrial structure has undergone gradual optimization. However,the effect of leading/driving is not satisfactory on the two specific indicators, i.e. the"degree of deviation from industrial structure"and the"coefficient of effectiveness in fixed assets investment"and the rationalization and efficiency of industrial structure are still to be elevated.
