摘要
该磁铁精密高稳垫锁位置调整装置设计要求来自于北京高能同步辐射光源。磁铁相对定位精度要求优于10μm,这个精度比北京正负电子对撞机重大改造工程BEPCⅡ(Beijing Electron-Positron Collider Upgrade)和中国散裂中子源(Chinese Spallation Neutron Source,CSNS)的要求提高了一个数量级。另外为了弥补以往所采用的普通三角螺纹副作为调整装置时难以达到微米级稳定精度的情况,设计了以高精度球垫调姿及微米级精度垫片调高来满足磁铁高精度调整及高稳定锁紧的支撑调整装置,最终实现锁紧稳定精度是5μm,调整精度2μm。根据实际工作条件,在ABAQUS软件中对模型进行了静力学和模态分析,结果表明:静力学情况下V型架和调整板的变形量远小于设计要求,可以满足安装后的调整要求,通过分析得到了该新型装置的一阶固有频率满足在地脉动因素的影响下也不会产生共振的要求。
[Background]The device design requirements come from high-energy synchrotron radiation sources.[Purpose]The purpose of this study was to design a new type of magnet support adjustment device that can meet the locking stability accuracy of 5μm and the adjustment accuracy of 2μm.[Methods]According to the actual working conditions,the modal was statically and modally analyzed in ABAQUS software.Use inventor to design support and adjustment devices that meet the accuracy requirements,including high-precision adjustment plates,high-precision ball and high-precision gaskets.[Results]The results show that the deformation of the V-frame and the adjustment plate is far less than the design requirements in statics,which can meet the adjustment requirements after installation,and the first-order natural frequency of the new device can meet the requirements of no resonance under the influence of ground pulsation.[Conclusions]The design idea and analysis results of the device satisfy the requirements of height,precision and rigidity at the beginning of the design,and lay a solid foundation for the subsequent beam center calibration and measurement.
