摘要
目的:构建青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS)"学校-家庭-医院"三位一体健康教育模式,并观察效果。方法:随机选取济南市6所中小学,以5~8年级学生及家长为研究对象,以学校为单位进行整群抽样,共选取学生990名、家长990名,以班级为单位随机分为干预组与对照组。干预后利用自制调查问卷调查两组学生及家长对AIS的认知情况。结果:干预组AIS认知、自查方法、危害及治疗方式、脊柱健康知识等4个方面认知评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过建立以医院为中心、学校为圆心、家庭为核心的三位一体健康教育模式,能有效提高中小学生及家长对AIS的认知水平,从而达到早期发现、早期治疗的目的。
Objective:To construct the trinity health education model of "schools-family-hospital" for AIS and observe the effect.Methods:Six primary and middle schools in Jinan were randomly selected.Students from Grade 5 to grade 8 and their parents were selected as the study objects.A total of 990 students and 990 parents selected by the cluster sampling of schools were divided into intervention group and control group.After intervention,self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the cognitive status of AIS of both groups of students and their parents.Results:The cognitive scores of AIS cognition,self-examination,harm and treatment,and spinal health knowledge in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of the trinity health education model with hospital as the center,school as the center of the circle and family as the core can effectively improve the cognitive level of AIS of primary and middle school students and their parents,so as to achieve the purpose of early detection and early treatment.
