核电站中有数量众多的热交换器,而传热管作为热交换器的主要部件正是进行水、汽热交换的关键设备,传热管的性能决定了热交换器的性能。传热管的安全稳定也决定了整个系统的运行安全,对于传热管的管口及管板的异常情况的检查采用宏观目视检查的方法能准确直观地判别,而对异常的成因分析能为传热管的安全运行提供帮助,保证设备在能在规定的服役期限内保证安全可靠,长期稳定使用。
There are many heat exchangers in nuclear power plant.As the main component of heat exchanger,heat transfer tube is the key equipment for water and steam heat exchange.The performance of heat transfer tube determines the performance of heat exchanger.The safety and stability of heat transfer tubes also determine the operation safety of the whole system.The macroscopic visual inspection method can accurately and intuitively distinguish the abnormal situation of the tube orifice and tube sheet of heat transfer tubes.The analysis of the causes of the abnormalities can help the safe operation of heat transfer tubes and ensure that the equipment can be in service for a specified period of time.Internal guarantee is safe and reliable,long-term stable use.
