养血清脑颗粒联合西药治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕68例的疗效分析

The effect observation of Yangxue Qingnao Granules combined with Flunarizine on 68 cases Patients with Dizziness caused by Vertebrobasilar Ischemia

目的观察养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕的疗效。方法根据诊断标准筛选病例68例,对照组、治疗组各34例,对照组单用西比灵治疗,治疗组采用养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵治疗,疗程为4周,从临床症状、血液流变学、血流动力学等方面观察疗效。结果治疗前两组患者一般情况比较,基线基本一致。治疗组总有效率94.1%,对照组总有效率75%,两组血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原量均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),椎动脉和基底动脉血流速度均升高(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效显著,优于西比灵单用。

Objective To observe the effect of Yangxue Qingnao Granules combined with Flunarizine on Patients with Dizziness caused by Vertebrobasilar Ischemia.Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control,with 34 cases in each group.The patients in treatment group were given with Yangxue Qingnao Granules combined with Flunarizine for four weeks,and in control group were given with Flunarizine only.Clinical symptoms,blood rheology and hemodynamics were measured to evaluate the curative effect.Results Baseline characteristics were well balanced between the two groups.The total effective rate was 94.1% in treatment group,while 75% in control group.The plasma viscosity,fibrinogen after treatment in each group was lower than the two groups before treatment(P <0.05),while the blood flow velocity of Vertebral and basal arteries was higher(P <0.05).The treatment group was superior to control group in decreasing blood viscosity and increasing blood flow velocity(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Qingnao Granules combined with Flunarizine has significant effect in treating Dizziness caused by Vertebrobasilar Ischemia,and the effect was better than Flunarizine alone.
