基于分项计量数据的酒店电耗数据重构

Reconstruction of Hotels Electricity Consumption Data based on Sub-metering Data

传统能耗分项计量模型中存在能耗分项与实际用能侧计量情况不匹配、分项数据尚未完全反应不同功能区用能特征等问题。以上海市某星级酒店为例,结合工程实践及酒店用能特点,提出酒店电耗数据重构模型。基于该模型对酒店分项计量数据进行重构,发现该模型优势在于与酒店运维及能源管理需求相匹配,可用于分析酒店各功能区电耗的占比情况及其电耗特征,为酒店完善能源管理、提升能效提供参考。

There are some problems in the existing energy consumption sub-metering models, such as the mismatch between the energy consumption sub-metering and the actual energy consumption side, and the incomplete reflection of the energy consumption characteristics of different functional areas by the sub-metering data. Taking a star-rated hotel in Shanghai as an example, combined with engineering practice and hotel energy characteristics, a reconstruction model of hotel electricity consumption data was proposed. Based on the reconstruction model, the hotel’s sub-metering data was reconstructed, and it was found that the advantage of this reconstruction model was that it can match the needs of hotel managers, and it can be used to analyze the proportion and characteristics of electricity consumption in each functional area of the hotel, provide reference for improving energy management and improving energy efficiency.
