摘要
脉动热管在电子器件冷却领域具有良好的应用前景,深入研究其传热性能优化方法与应用具有重要的指导意义。本文综述了脉动热管传热性能优化的实验研究,分析了管路结构改进,使用新型工质和内表面修饰三种优化策略,重点论述了脉动热管强化换热机制,最后探究了脉动热管传热性能优化的发展趋势。
Pulsating heat pipe is regarded as a promising cooling technique for electronic devices. Investigations on the thermal performance optimization for pulsating heat pipe will provide guide-line for the utilization of pulsating heat pipe.In this paper, the thermal performance optimization for pulsating heat pipe via experimental investigations is introduced.Three optimization ap-proaches are analyzed, including the improvement of the structure, the utilization of working me-dium, and the treatment of the internal surface. The mechanism of heat transfer enhancement of pulsating heat pipe is discussed, and the potential research field of thermal performance optimiza-tion for pulsating heat pipe is predicted.
