对“工匠”进行了字词释义,并对工匠精神的相关文献进行了梳理与归纳,在研究《墨子》文献的基础上,提出墨子的工匠精神是由“仪、巧、利、义”组成的,并提出墨子工匠精神主要体现在:匠形在规、匠心在技、匠神在艺、匠魂在道。

This paper explains the word"craftsman"and summarizes the related literature of craftsman spirit.On the basis of studying the literature of"Mozi",it points out that the craftsman spirit of Mozi is composed of"etiquette,ingenuity,benefit and righteousness",and points out that the craftsman spirit of Mozi is mainly embodied in the following aspects:the craftsman's style lies in the rules and the craftsman's mind.The God of craftsmanship and craftsmanship is in art and the soul of craftsmen is in Tao.
