自然保护区建设与管理专业校外实践教学基地是实现学校办学效益与自然保护区核心价值互相提升的重要载体,围绕多方联动体制机制创新,发挥行业办学优势,以广东林业职业教育集团为主体,学校牵头,探索政府、学校、行业、骨干自然保护区等多方协同共建、共管、共享基地的建设模式,探讨协同育人平台、教师成长平台、互联网+移动学习平台、工匠精神质量提升平台、创新创业平台等基地项目平台建设路径,实现参与方的互补共赢,提高学校人才培养质量。

The practical education base construction in nature reserve major is an important carrier to mutually enhance both the benefits of running schools and core value of nature reserve.The study demonstrates an innovation mechanism which encourages multilateral cooperation to extend the advantages of industry-oriented education.Taking the construction case in Guangdong Forestry Vocational Education Group as an example,the study further demonstrates an operation mode of constructing,managing and sharing bases with the cooperation among governments,schools,industries and nature reserves,moreover,the path of base platform construction including cooperative education,teacher development,Internet learning,quality improvement and business creation is promoted in this study so as to realize the mutual benefit of participants and improve the quality of talent training.
