Significance,Difficulties and Development Paths of Scientific Research Work in Higher Vocational Colleges

科学研究是高校重要职能之一,但高职院校普遍面临科研基础薄弱、科研意识不强、成果转化率低等问题,通过树立科研意识,做好顶层设计;夯实科研基础,提升教师科研水平;引入中介机构,促进成果转化等措施提升高职院校的科研创新能力和技术服务能力,为高职院校科研发展路径提供借鉴和参考。

Scientific research is one of the major functions of colleges and universities.However,higher vocational colleges generally face problems such as weak scientific research foundation,weak scientific research awareness and low rate of achievement conversion.Through some measures such as making top-level design,establishing scientific research awareness,improving the scientific research level of teachers,consolidating the foundation of scientific research,promoting the transformation of results by introducing intermediaries,to improve the research and innovation ability and technical service ability of higher vocational colleges,and to provide reference for the development of scientific research in higher vocational colleges.
