摘要
为建设“公益性、普惠性、广覆盖、保基本、有质量”的学前教育体系,对黑龙江省各级各类幼儿园进行实地调研,细致梳理全省幼儿园保教质量现状,既深入分析取得的成效,又深刻阐述存在的问题,从而提出具有针对性的发展建议和对策,更好发挥教研机构的职能和作用,为提升幼儿园保教质量提供有力支撑。
In order to construct the preschool education system of“public welfare,inclusiveness,wide coverage,basic protection and quality”,a field survey has been carried out on all kinds of kindergartens in Heilongjiang province,and the present situation of the quality of kindergartens in Heilongjiang province has been carefully sorted out.The achievements achieved and the existing problems have been thoroughly analyzed.Targeted development suggestions and countermeasures has been put forward to better play the role of teaching and research institutions and provide strong support to improve the quality of kindergarten education.
