盐城市乡村公共文化服务体系建设研究

On the Construction of Rural Public Culture Service System in Yancheng

文化振兴是乡村全面振兴的灵魂,乡村公共文化服务体系是乡村文化振兴的关键。当前盐城市乡村公共文化服务体系建设存在设施利用率低、内容单一陈旧、主体力量单一、人才队伍短缺、供给需求失衡、群众参与度低等问题。建议从优化资源配置、创新服务内容、培育新型主体、加快队伍建设、深化供需改革、完善参与机制六个方面着手,不断提升盐城市乡村公共文化服务体系建设质量。

Cultural Revitalization is the soul of the overall Rural Vitalization,and the rural public cultural service system is the key to the revitalization of rural culture.Taking the construction of rural public cultural service system in Yancheng as the research object,this paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of rural public cultural service system in Yancheng.A series of problems were discovered on rural public cultural service system in Yancheng,such as low utilization rate of service implementation,single service content,single service subject strength,shortage of service talent team,imbalance of service supply and demand,etc.In order to optimize and improve the construction of rural public cultural service system in Yancheng,it is suggested that we should do as the following aspects:Firstly,optimizing the allocation of resources;Secondly,innovating service content;Thirdly,cultivating new main body;Fourthly,speeding up the construction of team;Fifthly,increasing the reform of supply and demand.
