With the continuous promotion and development of industry 4.0,more and more senior leaders of enterprises have begun to pay attention to the use of information technology to promote production,realize intelligent manufacturing,and achieve rapid,effective and personalized product supply goals.The MES system has been located in the middle layer of the enterprise which realizes the entire information control of the entire production process from the order and production to the completion of the product.The data acquisition function provides timely and correct information for the operation of the MES system.Through rapid response,the change of production in the workshop and the interaction between the upper and lower production information have been dealt with in order to guide,start and respond to the production operation of the entire factory workshop.The non-value-added production activities have been reduced and the production and operation efficiency have been improved.
