摘要
真空室1/8扇区焊接工装是真空室扇区的主要承载调节部件,也是真空室扇区的主要夹持机构.工装除了承受真空室扇区和塔柱庞大的自重外,还承受着环抱臂产生的压力和剪力等,受力复杂.塔柱是焊接工装的核心部件,也是工装的主要承载结构,但由于其“管”状特性,塔柱应力的分布具有很大的不确定性.本文主要针对双筒塔柱内外筒壁厚对塔柱的强度影响展开分析,并据此选取出较佳的壁厚组合.
The welding tooling of vacuum vessel 1/8 sector is the main load-bearing adjustment component of the vacuum vessel sector and the main clamping mechanism of the vacuum vessel sector.In addition to the huge self-weight of the vacuum vessel sector and tower column,the tooling also bears the pressure and shear force generated by the embracing arm in complex force.Tower column is the core component of welding tooling and the main load-bearing mechanism of tooling.However,due to its"tubular"characteristics,the stress distribution of tower column is highly uncertain.The influence of inner and outer wall thickness on the strength of double-cylinder column has been analyzed in the text.Then the better combination of wall thickness has been selected accordingly.
