摘要
提出SOM神经网络的电能质量综合评估方法,讨论实测综合数据排名和等级划分.实证结果表明,SOM神经网络方法对电能质量综合评估有效.
This thesis proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of power quality for SOM neural network,and discusses the ranking and ranking of measured comprehensive data.The empirical results show that the SOM neural network method is effective for comprehensive evaluation of power quality.
