摘要
以15名有2年以上羽毛球锻炼的老年男性为研究对象,通过闭眼单足站立测试静态平衡,Balance-check动态平衡测试仪测试动态平衡,研究羽毛球锻炼对老年男性平衡能力的影响.结果表明:羽毛球组与对照组静态平衡左脚支撑时间、右脚支撑时间对比P<0.05,羽毛球组静态平衡能力优于对照组;羽毛球组与对照组动态平衡的四个指标对比,动态平衡等级(Grade)、最大旋转角度(MaxRot.Speed)、平均旋转角度(Rot.Speed)、动态平衡总得分(Score)P<0.05,均具有显著性差异.羽毛球锻炼能够有效提升老年人的动态和静态平衡能力.
Fifteen elderly men who had exercised badminton for more than 2 years were taken as the research objects.Static Balance was tested by standing on one foot with eyes closed,and dynamic Balance was tested by Balance-check dynamic Balance tester to study the influence of badminton exercise on the Balance ability of elderly men.The results showed that:the comparison of static balance supporting time of left foot and right foot between badminton group and control group was P<0.05,and the static balance ability of badminton group was better than that of control group.Comparison of four indicators of dynamic balance between the badminton group and the control group showed that there were significant differences in Grade of dynamic balance,maxrot.speed,average rot.speed and total Score of dynamic balance(P<0.05).Badminton exercise can effectively improve the dynamic and static balance of the elderly.
