摘要
以6HW-50型风送式喷雾机风机为样机,应用Fluent软件对风机及射流区域的三维流动进行建模和数值计算,得到风机及射流区域的流动信息及轴向速度的衰减规律。采用多点智能热线风速仪测量了出口截面及射程2 m截面的多点风速分布,利用MATLAB软件对试验数据进行了处理。将计算值与试验结果进行了对比,得出了二者较为一致的结论,为进一步研究风送式喷雾机风机的射流特性提供了理论依据。
Based on 6HW-50 air-assisted spraying fan as a prototype,the structure area and numerical simulation of air-assisted spraying fan and jet have been completed by using FLUENT.The three-dimensional flow pattern of fan and jet were concluded.The flow characteristics the airflow velocity was analyzed.In order to verify numerical simulation,velocity distribution at outlet of air duct and two meter range were measured.The results indicated that numerical simulation and experiment were in a good agreement,which indicated the validity and correctness of the numerical simulaition.
