摘要
半柔性路面是一种新型路面结构,它是在大空隙沥青混合料中灌入高性能水泥基材料,兼具沥青路面和水泥混凝土路面二者的优点,能够有效抑制车辙病害的产生,但是,由于灌浆材料高强、早强的特性,使其具有收缩性大的缺点。对不同材料组成(I型、II型)、不同水料比的灌浆材料收缩性能进行研究,结果表明:干缩试验中,I型灌浆料出现早期膨胀后期收缩现象,0.37水料比收缩数值最小,而II型灌浆料成型后即产生收缩,总收缩量明显高于I型;温缩试验中,两种灌浆料表现出良好的热胀冷缩状态,I型温缩系数整体高于II型,I型灌浆料0.31水料比试件温缩系数高于其他组;从各温度区间温缩系数变化情况来看,10~5℃区间和0^-5℃区间温缩系数较大。
Semi-flexible pavement is a new type of pavement structure,which is filled with high-performance cement-based materials in large void asphalt mixture,so that it has both excellent performance of asphalt concrete and cement concrete pavement,and can effectively limit the occurrence of pavement rutting under high temperature conditions.However,due to the characteristics of high strength and early strength of grouting material,it has the disadvantage of large shrinkage.The shrinkage properties(dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage)of grouting materials with different material compositions(type I and II)and different water-material ratios were studied in this paper.The results show that in the dry shrinkage test,the shrinkage of type I grouting material occurs at the early stage of expansion and later stage,and the shrinkage of 0.37 water-material ratio is the smallest,while that of type II grouting material shrinks immediately after forming,and the total shrinkage is obviously higher than that of type I grouting material.In the temperature shrinkage test,the two grouting materials show good thermal expansion and cold shrinkage state.The temperature shrinkage coefficient of type I grouting material is higher than that of type II grouting material,and the temperature shrinkage coefficient of type I grouting material 0.31 is higher than that of other groups.According to the variation of temperature shrinkage coefficient in each temperature range,the temperature shrinkage coefficients in intervals 10℃~5℃and 0℃^-5℃are larger than others.
