严寒地区隧道工程中防水施工技术与质量控制

Waterproofing Construction Technology and Quality Control in Tunnel Engineering in Severe Cold Area

在严寒地区,铁路隧道漏水结冰会对列车行驶安全造成极大的安全隐患,为防止因隧道防排水效果不佳所造成的重大交通事故,结合敦化至白河铁路(三标)实例,对隧道工程施工中防排水设计进行了分析研究,重点从施工缝、变形缝的防水施工以及防水板材的安装方法角度进行分析,大大增强了隧道的防水效果,这些防排水措施的应用极大提升了隧道的施工安全及使用安全。

In severe cold areas,water leakage and icing in railway tunnel will cause great potential safety hazards to train running safety.In order to prevent major traffic accidents caused by poor tunnel waterproof and drainage effect,this paper analyzes and studies the waterproof and drainage design in tunnel engineering construction based on Dunhua-Baihe Railway(No.3 Standard),focusing on the waterproof construction of construction joints and deformation joints and the installation method of waterproof boards,so as to greatly enhance the waterproof effect of the tunnel.The waterproof and drainage measures introduced in this paper can greatly improve the construction and use safety of the tunnel when applied to other projects.
