协同护理对艾滋病肺结核双重感染患者自护能力、负性情绪及依从性的影响

Effect of collaborative nursing on self-care ability, negative emotion and compliance of patients with double infection of AIDS and tuberculosis

目的探讨协同护理对艾滋病肺结核双重感染(AIDS/TB)患者自护能力、负性情绪及并发症的影响。方法2014年5月~2016年5月选取本院收治的AIDS/TB患者80例,依据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40),对照组(n=40),对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予协同护理,观察两组患者干预前后负性情绪,记录两组患者治疗依从性(包括服药、定期查CD4、定期查胸片、定期查痰)、病毒转阴率及满意率情况。结果观察组干预后自我效能总评分、疾病知识、自我护理能力、自我概念、自护责任感评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后抑郁症状自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑症状自评量表(SAS)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组服药、定期查CD4、定期查胸片、定期查痰等方面依从率、TB病毒转阴率、患者满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论协同护理能有效减轻AIDS/TB患者负性情绪,提高患者治疗依从性及治疗效果,有助于提高患者治疗满意率。

Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing on self-care ability,negative emotion and complications of patients with double infection of AIDS and tuberculosis(AIDS/TB).Methods From May 2014 to May 2016,80 patients with AIDS/TB admitted to our hospital were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to random numbers.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given collaborative care on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions of the two groups before and after intervention were observed.The compliance of the two groups of patients(including took medication,regularly checked CD4,regularly checked chest X-ray,regularly checked sputum),TB viral negative rate and satisfaction rate of the two groups were recorded.Results The self-efficacy total score,disease knowledge,selfcare ability,self-concept,and self-care responsibility scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The self-rating scale of depression(SDS)and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate including took medication,regularly checked CD4,regularly checked chest X-ray,regularly checked sputum,and TB virus negative rate,patients’satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing can effectively reduce negative emotions in AIDS/TB patients,improve patients’compliance and treatment effects,and help improve patients’satisfaction rate.
