地佐辛伍用咪达唑仑辅助椎管内麻醉的镇静效果研究

Exploration on sedative effects of midazolam assisted dezocine in intravertebral anesthesia

目的探究椎管内麻醉选择咪达唑仑伍用地佐辛辅助的镇静效果。方法随机选取2017年6月~2018年10月我院接收的68例下腹部手术患者为本次实验对象,按照不同的辅助麻醉方式分成两组,即实验组(n=34)和对照组(n=34),实验组使用咪达唑仑联合地佐辛辅助麻醉,对照组使用咪达唑仑联合芬太尼辅助麻醉,将两种镇静效果分析对比。结果在一小时上,实验组的0级、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级镇静程度优于对照组,在5min上,实验组的0级、Ⅰ级镇静程度优于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在不良反应总发生率上,实验组多于对照组(17.65%vs 55.88%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在5min、半小时以及一小时的血氧饱和度、心率、舒张压、收缩压差异上,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论椎管内麻醉选择咪达唑仑伍用地佐辛辅助的镇静效果较好,不会增加对患者血压和心率、呼吸的影响,且不良反应较少。

Objective To explore the sedative effect of midazolam assisted dezocine in intravertebral anesthesia.Methods 68 patients who underwent lower abdominal surgery in our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018 were randomly selected as research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different assisted anesthesia methods,namely the experimental group(n=34)and the control group(n=34).The experimental group was given midazolam combined with dezocine for anesthesia while the control group was given midazolam combined with fentanyl for anesthesia.Sedative effects were compared.Results In one hour,the sedation degree of grade 0,grade I and grade II of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.At 5 minutes,the degree of sedation of grade 0 and grade I in the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was more than the control group(17.65%vs 55.88%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in blood oxygen saturation,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure between the two groups at 5 minutes,half an hour,and one hour(P>0.05).Conclusion Midazolam assisted dezocine in intravertebral anesthesia has good sedative effect.It will not increase the effect on the blood pressure,heart rate and breathing of patients and it has fewer adverse reactions.
