消化内镜清洗消毒在监控管理中持续改进的策略

Strategies for continuous improvement of digestive endoscope cleaning and disinfection in monitoring and management

目的分析消化内镜清洗以及消毒监控管理过程中存在的问题并采取有效的质量控制持续改进措施,对内镜清洗以及消毒引发因素进行分析并对清洗以及消毒质量加强监督。方法2017年2月~2018年2月对我院消化内镜中心消毒间消化内镜清洗消毒实施常规管理并将之作为对比组,2018年2月~2019年2月我院在监控管理中对消化内定清洗以及消毒问题进行分析,采用持续质量改进措施并将之作为研究组。结果对比组消化内镜清洗消毒抽检结果显示总合格率为82.47%,研究组总合格率为99.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取消化内镜清洗消毒监控管理持续改进的方法能够使清洗消毒质量得到明显提高,有助于使医院感染发生率得到有效抑制,同时还可保障医疗安全,既能够保证检查以及治疗效果,同时还能够促进患者预后改善,提升医护水平和整体服务质量。

Objective To analyze the initiation factors for endoscope cleaning and disinfection and strengthen the supervision of cleaning and disinfection quality by analyzingthe problems in the process of monitoring and management of digestive endoscope cleaning and disinfection and taking effective continuous improvement measures for quality control.Methods Routine management was conducted for cleaning and disinfection of digestive endoscope in the disinfection room of digestive endoscopy center of our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018,and it was set as the control group.From February 2018 to February 2019,our hospital analyzed the internal cleaning and disinfection problems in the monitoring and management and adopted continuous quality improvement measures,which was set as the study group.Results The spot-checkingresults of digestive endoscope cleaning and disinfection showed that the total qualified rate of the control group was 82.47%,and that of the study group was 99.73%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous improvement of the monitoring and management of digestive endoscope cleaning and disinfection can significantly improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection,which helps to effectively suppress the incidence of nosocomial infection and ensure medical safety.It can not only ensure the inspection and curative effects,but also promote the improvement of patients’prognosis so as to improve the medical level and overall service quality.
