摘要
目的分析人性化管理对手术室护士疲劳程度、压力源及控制感的应用价值。方法针对我院2017年6月~2018年12月我科室28名手术室护士,分别在2018年6~12月实施手术室人性化管理(观察组),以及在2017年6~12月实施的常规管理展开对比(常规组),分析两组管理模式下的管理效果。结果观察组管理后的手术室护理人员对工作的满意度、自我效能感评分、工作控制感评分、工作压力、幸福指数评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理人员出现疲劳感主要来源于长时间有效人力缺乏导致的超负荷工作量,给予人性化管理能显著缓解疲劳程度,提高管理效果。
Objective To analyze the application value of humanized management in fatigue degree,stress source and sense of control of operating room nurses.Methods For 28 operating room nurses from June 2017 to December 2018,they were given humanized management from June to December 2018 and they were set as the observation group.They were given routine management from June to December 2017 and they were set as the routine group.Management effects of the two management modes were analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences in job satisfaction,self-efficacy score,sense of job control score,work stress and happiness index of operating room nurses after management in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The fatigue of operating room nurses is mainly from overloaded workload caused by the lack of effective manpower for a long time.The humanized management can significantly alleviate the fatigue and improve the management effect.
