微波与红外线治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的随机对照研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较微波与红外线治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果。方法收集2017年1月~2018年10月来我院进行治疗的60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法分为观察组30例和对照组30例,对照组患者接受红外线照射联合西药治疗,观察组患者接受微波照射联合西药治疗,比较两组患者疗程结束时治疗效果、症状改善时间及治疗前后疼痛评分。结果观察组患者疗程结束时治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后止疱时间、结痂时间及VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微波配合西药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效优于红外线治疗,值得临床推荐。 Objective To compare the clinical curative effects of microwave and infrared rays in the treatment of post herpetic neuralgia of herpes zoster.Methods Clinical data of 60 patients with post herpetic neuralgia of herpes zoster who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were collected.According to random number table method,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated by infrared radiation combined with western medicine while patients in the observation group were treated by microwave irradiation combined with western medicine.The curative effects,symptom improvement time and the pain scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The clinical effects for the observation group were higher than the control group at the end of treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time for stopping eruption,time of crust formation and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Curative effects of microwave combined with western medicine in treatment of post herpetic neuralgia of herpes zoster are better than those of infrared rays,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
