主动脉内球囊反搏应用在急性重症心肌炎心力衰竭治疗中的效果

Curative effects of intra-aortic balloon pump in treatment of acute severe myocarditis and heart failure

目的观察在急性重症心肌炎心衰患者的治疗中应用主动脉内球囊反搏的效果分析。方法将在我院心脏科就诊2011年1月~2018年12月收治急性重症心肌炎心衰为诊断的患者总计60例,随机数字表法分成对照组30例与实验组30例,对照组采取常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上应用主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)治疗。对照两组患者临床治疗效果、心功能、血压、血肌酐、24h尿量。结果实验组患者总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者CO、LVEF、24h尿量明显多于对照组,且心率、收缩压、舒张压、血肌酐水平明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性重症心肌炎心衰患者的治疗中,采取IABP治疗,可明显提高临床治疗效果,改善患者心功能,降低并平稳血压、脉搏,降低血肌酐水平,增加24h尿量,效果理想。

Objective To observe the curative effect of intra-aortic balloon pump in treatment of patients with acute severe myocarditis and heart failure.Methods 60 patients with acute severe myocarditis and heart failure who were admitted and treated in department of cardiology in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the experimental group(30 cases).The control group was given routine treatment while the experimental group was given intra-aortic balloon pump(IABP)on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effects,cardiac function,blood pressure,serum creatinine and 24-hour urine volume were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 66.67%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CO,LVEF and 24h urine volume in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and serum creatinine in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In treatment of patients with acute severe myocarditis and heart failure,IABP treatment can significantly improve the clinical curative effect,improve heart function,reduce and stabilize blood pressure and pulse,reduce serum creatinine level and increase 24-hour urine volume.The curative effect is ideal.
