中药全产业链质量追溯系统研究

近年来,我国大健康产业蓬勃发展,中医药产业也得到国家和各级政府的重视与支持。然而,中医药产业发展过程中也遇到一些问题,尤其是中药质量问题一直是行业热点。中药全产业链质量追溯系统不但可以记录、保存生产企业的基本数据,还可以记录基地环境、药材生长、饮片加工、中成药制备等环节的质量、操作过程与批号流转等信息。中药全产业链质量追溯系统。既可对产品质量增加一道保险,也可快速追踪定位问题产品来源,是解决中药质量问题发生的有效方式之一。本文重点阐述自主研发的中药全产业链质量追溯系统的关键环节和工作原理,以期为中药全产业链质量追溯提供借鉴。

With the booming development of China major health industry in recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industry has gained attention and support from our nation and government.But,TCM industry is encountering a number of development obstacles,especially TCM quality and safety is a hot issue and common concern of the whole society.The quality traceability system makes it possible to retrospect and verify the whole TCM industry chain of“planting base-Chinese crude drugs-prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs-Chinese patent preparations”,which can help manufacturers to record and preserve not only the original data,but also the environmental information of planting base,operation process,the circulation approach of product batch numbers and so on.Therefore,quality traceability system may achieve to ensure the quality,reduce the safety risk,rapidly track and locate the source of defective products as well.It would be an effective solution to promote the continuous,stable,and healthy development of TCM industry.This paper mainly expounds the working principle and systematic research of quality traceability system of TCM,which is self-researched by company.
