摘要
针对高职院校科研经费管理中存在绑得过紧和奖励过少等问题,北京电子科技职业学院实行了比较彻底的课题负责人制,在预算、执行环节给予了充分的自主权,同时强调科研管理各部门之间的协调,加大优秀课题的奖励力度,提高科研人员的获得感和积极性。
The research fund management of Beijing vocational colleges exists such main problems as follows:there are too much requests for budget supporting and approval procedure,concentrated expenditure and less reward.The implement system of person of Beijing Polytechnic is in charge of subject completely and pays more attention to subject reward in order to improve the obtaining sense and enthusiasm of scientific research personnel.
