摘要
扫描电镜是材料类专业一种重要的分析与表征工具。扫描电镜实验教学是教学活动的重要环节。传统扫描电镜实验教学存在教学设备紧缺、授课方式单调、教学效果差等现象和问题。建立扫描电镜虚拟仿真实验教学系统,可弥补实际扫描电镜实验教学的不足,切实提升扫描电镜实验的教学效果。
Scanning electron microscope is an important analytical and characterization tool for material science.Scanning electron microscope experimental teaching is an important part of teaching activities.The traditional SEM experiment teaching has the current situation and problems such as shortage of teaching equipment,simple teaching method,poor teaching effect.Establishing virtual simulation technology on scanning electron microscope experimental teaching system can make up for the shortcomings of the actual SEM experiment teaching,and effectively improve the teaching effect of SEM experiments.
