摘要
翻转课堂的教学模式与安全人机工程的课程特点契合度较高。通过翻转课堂模式,将理论部分的学习进行前置,能够释放出足够多的课堂时间进行应用实例分析和内化讨论,促进学生进行课上课下的自主学习。研究提出构建基于翻转课堂的安全人机工程在线教学平台,更好地促进教学目标的实现。
The teaching mode of Flipped Classroom is highly consistent with the characteristics of safety ergonomics curriculum.By reversing the classroom model and putting the theoretical part in front of the classroom,enough classroom time can be released for application case analysis and internalized discussion,so as to promote students'autonomous learning in class.In this paper,an online teaching platform of safety ergonomics based on Flipped Classroom is proposed to promote the realization of teaching objectives better.
