工业工程概论双语课程教学改革的实践与思考

Practice and Thoughts on the Teaching Reform of Bilingual Course of Introduction to Industrial Engineering

工业工程概论双语课程是重庆工商大学培养机械类专业学生国际化视野的重要课程。针对工业工程概论双语课程教学过程中面临的问题,从教学内容重构、教学资源建设、教学模式改革、师资队伍建设四个方面开展教学改革的实践,并提出利用在线平台加大课程资源建设、实施分层次阶梯式的教学方法、通过工程实践等培养学生解决问题的能力等教学改革方面的思考及建议。

The bilingual course of introduction to industrial engineering is an important supporting course for cultivating the internationalization vision of mechanical students in our university.Aiming at the problems faced in the teaching process of the bilingual course of introduction to industrial engineering,the practice of teaching reform is carried out from four aspects including teaching content reconstruction,teaching resource construction,teaching mode reform and teacher team building.Some thoughts and suggestions of teaching reform are put forward,such as construction of curriculum resources based on online platform,implementation of hierarchical and progressive teaching methods,and cultivating students'ability to solve problems through engineering practice.
