基于OBE理念的环保设备工程专业生产实习教学及考核模式改革与实践

为提升环保设备工程专业生产实习教学质量,基于OBE理念,采用理论教学及仿真实训、校内实习基地模型拆装、环保设备制造企业现场参观学习、校外实习基地现场倒班、现场实习穿插小组讨论的实习教学模式,通过实习表现、现场考试、实习日记、实习报告、思考题、笔试的综合考核方式,拓展环保设备专业实习基地,建立与完善实习教学素材库,提高学生的工程实践能力、团队协作能力、沟通和交流能力、综合运用所学知识解决复杂工程问题的能力。相关经验和措施可在相近工科专业的实习教学过程中推广应用。

In order to improve the quality of environmental protection equipment engineering professional practice,based on the OBE concept,the practice teaching mode of theoretical teaching and simulation training,on-campus model disassembly,environmental protection equipment manufacturing enterprise on-site visit study,off-campus internship base site shift,on-site internship interspersed group discussion are adopted.Through comprehensive assessment of performance,on-site examination,diary,report,questions,written examination,the professional practice base of environmental protection equipment was expanded,the material base of practice teaching was established and improved,students'engineering practice ability,teamwork ability,communication and communication ability,and comprehensively using the knowledge learned to solve complex engineering problems were improved.Relevant experience and measures can be applied in the practice teaching process of similar engineering majors.
