摘要
使用有限元软件AdvantEdge建立有限元模型,结合文献验证所建有限元模型的准确性后,采用正交实验法分析了左、右螺旋角、前角及后角对硬质合金RCF65型铣刀加工6061-T6铝合金时的温度、功率和切削力的影响。结果表明,在给定的参数变化范围内,对切削力和功率的影响左、右螺旋角>后角>前角;对温度的影响前角>后角>左、右螺旋角。综合考虑温度、功率和切削力,RCF65型铣刀右螺旋角选25°、左螺旋角选30°、前角选12°、后角选14°时,刀具的铣削性能最佳。
AdvantEdge was used to establish the finite element model,and combined with the literature to verify the accuracy of the built finite element model.The effects of left and right helix angle,rake angle and back angle on the temperature,power and cutting force of the machining of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy by RCF65 type milling cutter were analyzed by orthogonal experiment.The results show that within the given parameter variation range,effect on cutting force,power:left and right helix angle>back angle>front angle;Effect on temperature:rake angle>back angle>left and right helix angles.Considering temperature,power and cutting force,the tool gets the best performance when right helical angle is 25°,left helical angle is 30°,front angle is 12°and back angle is 14°.
