采煤机截割减速机动力学仿真分析

摘要 通过Pro/E建立采煤机切割减速机三维模型,并应用ADAMS对锥齿轮断齿故障和齿型误差故障进行了动力学分析。分析结果表明,发生上述故障后,齿轮在时域和频域分析中均出现较为明显的周期性冲击力,该冲击力的频率与齿轮理论转频接近,但是齿型误差故障时冲击力的幅值要远小于断齿故障时冲击力幅值。频域分析中,两种故障均在齿轮啮合固有频率和高次谐波附近出现啮合力最大值,断齿故障时边频较宽,幅值较高,齿型误差故障时边频较窄,幅值较小。两种典型故障具有明显的特征曲线,可以根据分析结果判定齿轮的故障类型,为减速机故障诊断提供依据。 The 3D model of shearer cutting reducer is established by Pro/E,and the dynamic analysis of faults of broken teeth and profile errors of bevel gears is carried out by ADAMS.After the above-mentioned faults occur,the gear has obvious periodic impact force in time domain and frequency domain analysis.The frequency of the impact force is close to the theoretical frequency conversion of gear.But the magnitude of impact force in the case of tooth profile error fault is much smaller than that in the case of broken teeth fault.In the frequency domain analysis,both faults have the maximum meshing force near the natural frequency and higher harmonics of the gear meshing.The side frequency is wider and the amplitude is higher in the case of broken teeth fault,while the side frequency is narrower and the amplitude is smaller in the case of tooth profile error fault.The two typical faults have obvious characteristic curves,and the fault types of gears can be determined according to the analysis result,which provides a basis for the fault diagnosis of the reducer.
