摘要
本文对南海某油轮气浮选管线弯头腐蚀穿孔样品进行了失效分析,通过腐蚀因素分析、腐蚀形貌观察、材质分析、腐蚀产物分析、金相分析等手段,揭示了气浮选管线弯头腐蚀穿孔的原因。该穿孔管线是典型的空泡腐蚀特征,造成空泡腐蚀的起因是因为弯头外侧出现刺漏,气泡从管内冒出,并在管外壁膨胀破裂。提高气浮选管线弯头处材料的耐蚀性,做好该处的防腐措施,对保障正常生产很有意义。
In this paper,the failure analysis of corrosion perforation samples of elbow of gas flotation pipeline in an oil tanker in the South China Sea was finished.Through corrosion factor analysis,corrosion morphology observation,material analysis,corrosion product analysis and metallographic analysis,the causes of corrosion perforation of elbow of gas flotation pipeline were revealed.The perforated pipeline has a typical cavitation corrosion characteristic.The cavitation corrosion is caused by puncture on the outside of the elbow,bubbles emerge from the pipe and expand and break on the outer wall of the pipe.It is of great significance to improve the corrosion resistance of the material at the elbow of the gas flotation pipeline and to do a good job in corrosion prevention measures to ensure the normal production.
