摘要
某核电厂污水处理系统的除磷药箱发生腐蚀穿孔,影响系统的稳定运行,存在人员安全风险。本文从防腐涂层、介质和运行工况等方面对除磷药箱腐蚀穿孔原因进行了分析,并提出了解决措施。
Corrosion perforation occurred in the phosphorus removal tank of a sewage treatment system of a nuclear power plant,which affected the stable operation of the system and posed personnel safety risks.In this paper,the causes of corrosion perforation of phosphorus removal tank are analyzed from the aspects of anticorrosive coating,medium and working conditions,and the solutions are put forward.
