摘要
数据采集是管道完整性管理过程中的基础工作,从高后果区识别与风险评价、完整性评价、维修与维护到效能评价,数据贯穿着完整性管理工作的始终。数据的准确性、完全性制约着管道完整性管理过程中后续的分析评价结果和现场维修维护定位的准确性。随着大数据时代的到来,云计算技术的发展,在实现管道相关数据整合对齐存储进入数据库的条件下,形成管道大数据系统,管道完整性管理与互联网时代的“大数据”相结合,或许是今后管道安全管理的新思路、新方向。对于输油气管道,无论是完整性管理,还是大数据,数据采集工作都是先决条件,管道数据采集的研究意义重大。
Data collection is the basic work of pipeline integrity management,data runs through the integrity management from identification of high consequence area and risk evaluation,integrity evaluation,maintenance and maintenance to efficiency evaluation.The accuracy and completeness of data restrict the accuracy of subsequent analysis and evaluation results and on-site maintenance in the process of pipeline integrity management.With the advent of the era of big data and the development of cloud computing technology,under the condition of realizing the integration,alignment and storage of pipe-related data into the database,a pipeline big data system is formed.The integration of pipeline integrity management and"big data"in the Internet era may be a new idea and direction of pipeline safety management in the future.For oil&gas pipelines,whether it is integrity management or big data,data collection is a prerequisite,and the research on pipeline data collection is of great significance.
