埋地航煤输油管道阴极保护施工方案概述

摘要 阴极保护技术能够有效的抑制埋地管道的腐蚀,能够极大的提高金属管道运行寿命。本文结合国内某机场的航煤输油管道工程,介绍了以强制电流保护为主、牺牲阳极保护为辅的阴极保护方案的施工方法以及需要注意的事项,并介绍了阴极保护系统的调试方法。同时,针对杂散电流对管道的影响,给出了具体的排流措施和对应的施工方案。 Cathodic protection technology can effectively inhibit the corrosion of buried pipeline,can greatly improve the service life of metal pipeline.This paper introduces the construction method and matters needing attention of cathodic protection scheme,which is mainly based on forced current protection and supplemented by sacrificial anode protection,and introduces the debugging methods of cathodic protection system in combination with the Aviation kerosene pipeline project of a domestic airport.At the same time,aiming at the influence of stray current on pipeline,the concrete drainage measures and corresponding construction scheme are given.
